Hello! It’s Muppet
So I was with Steve in the kitchen and I wanted to make a dessert! So I got out the Pierre Hermé cookbook (my favorite) and started flipping through the pages and I came upon the Triple Chocolate Meringue and Ice Cream Puffs. Then I saw the picture and I was as excited as ever. So I looked at the recipe and it looked really difficult but I was up for the challenge.
The hardest part about making these was the waiting. It took a very long time to finish them but it was worth it. So I started with the meringues. That took the longest. There were many instructions for those and it had to be specific.
Next, the chocolate whipped cream. Now at first when I knew it was going to have whipped cream on it, I thought $5.50 for it by the can at most, plus money for the brown die, but no I had to make it, you know the HARD way. After I was done with both of those, Steve put them in the refrigerator. Then, the chocolate ice cream. The ice cream was easy only because I had made ice cream before.
Plus I had to assemble them (with a little, tiny bit of help from you know who.) It was a hit! Everyone loved them! Personally I’m not a big fan of meringues but the rest was delicious!
